Summary of how NaviComp handles data. Base guidance only; not a lawyer-reviewed formal notice.
The assessment runs in your browser. When you reach the results screen we store your evaluation (organisation, answers and selected frameworks) to give you a permanent link to your result; your name and email only if you provide them. The sample pack is generated in your browser; the paid pack is generated on our server after your Stripe payment is verified and delivered directly to you, without being stored afterwards. What data we process
If you only run the assessment and download PDF/DOCX without saving: processing happens in your browser; we do not receive document content. When you reach the results screen we store in our database: organisation, questionnaire answers (maturity) and selected frameworks, to provide a permanent result link (/r/…). Contact name and email are stored only if you enter them in the contact form.
Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: provide the assessment service and, if requested, a permanent results link. Orientative legal bases: pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest in operating the service; and when you provide email, steps to handle your request. Analytics cookie consent (if enabled) is separate and managed in the banner.
Retention
Saved assessments are kept while the permanent link remains useful. Target policy: up to 24 months from last access, unless a longer legal duty applies. Request deletion at info@navicomp.co.
Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, LGPD, LATAM laws): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Contact: info@navicomp.co.
Generated documents
Sample DOCX may be generated in the browser. Full paid pack ZIPs are generated on the server after Stripe payment verification and downloaded to the client; content is not reused for other purposes.
Processors and international transfers
Processors / infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (saved assessments database), Stripe (payments and invoicing), Google (Tag Manager / Analytics only with analytics consent). International transfers may occur under SCCs or other mechanisms of each provider.
