Terms and conditions of use and sale

1. Seller identity

NaviComp (Navigate Complexity) operates www.navicomp.co.

Digital readiness products (documentation packs and compliance diagnostic). We are not a law firm, audit firm or certification body.

2. Products and delivery

The maturity diagnostic is free. Documentation packs are downloadable digital content (ZIP with DOCX templates and advisory notice) generated after payment.

Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation (Stripe Checkout). By starting the download you acknowledge full supply of the digital content.

3. Prices and taxes

List prices are shown in USD, EUR or GBP by server-side geolocation region (not chosen by the buyer): 19.99 for one framework and 49.99 for the full pack.

NaviComp is the seller. Stripe acts as payment processor and issues the invoice on NaviComp's behalf; it is not the Merchant of Record for this sale.

The final amount, including any indirect taxes (VAT/GST) chargeable in the buyer's jurisdiction, is shown on the payment page before you confirm and is reflected on the invoice issued through Stripe.

4. Waiver of withdrawal (digital content)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m) and applicable consumer law, by purchasing non-tangible digital content and requesting immediate download, you expressly consent to performance and acknowledge loss of the right of withdrawal once download or access begins.

5. Refund policy

If the file cannot be downloaded due to a technical fault attributable to NaviComp, contact info@navicomp.co within 7 days of payment with your Stripe session id for a refund or re-delivery.

Completed downloads are not refunded for change of mind, wrong pack choice or disagreement with the readiness nature of the material.

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.

6. Nature of content

Material is guidance and readiness preparation only. It is not legal, tax or audit advice and not a certification (including SOC 2 / ISO). Validate with a qualified professional.

7. Acceptable use

License is for internal use by your organisation. You may not resell or redistribute packs as your own product without written authorisation.

8. Governing law

Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (United States) apply, without prejudice to the non-waivable consumer rights of your country of habitual residence (including the EU and the EEA).
